General Terms and Conditions (GTCs)

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between AGALMA by Kisala (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") in the context of online orders via the webshop of the Seller AGALMA.shop. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless the seller agrees to them in writing.

2 Conclusion of contract

The contract between the seller and the customer is concluded when the seller accepts the customer's order. The order is accepted by sending an order confirmation to the customer by e-mail.

3. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period begins on the day the customer receives the goods. The revocation can be made in writing or by returning the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The prices for the goods and services offered by the seller are quoted in euros and are inclusive of VAT. The shipping costs, if any, will be communicated to the customer during the ordering process.

5. Payment

The purchase price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. The customer can pay the purchase price by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Klarna or other payment methods specified on the website.

6. Delivery

The ordered goods will be sent by dropshipping to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery time is usually 7-10 working days.

7. Return shipment

In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

8. Warranty

The seller is liable for defects in the goods in accordance with the statutory provisions.

9. Liability

The seller shall only be liable for damages incurred by the customer in accordance with the statutory provisions.

10. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

11. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is the registered office of the seller.
